We, at The K Cult, are constantly working towards making our unit as sustainable as possible.
Each piece here is carefully made-to-order (unless mentioned) to avoid mass production and wastage.
Due to which it becomes a bit difficult to accept any returns unless the product is defective/damaged. However, we do cater to size exchanges, provided that the customer writes to us within 3 days of receiving the product. The exchange/return process might require the customer to share a few photos of the damage/sizing issue and a member of our team will get back to the customer, as soon as possible.
Products on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The cost for shipping the product back to us has to be borne by the customer when the rectified piece is delivered to you.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.
We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

The fabric is handwoven, the visible knots and weaves are the nature of a handwoven fabric and not a defect.
We are working at adapting more sustainable printing techniques however we are a work in progress. At the moment the printing technique used is digital printing. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, subtle variations in display are possible on different devices.
We understand your need for quick deliveries, but at The K cult we do not mass produce which helps us in being a conscious brand in a small way possible. When you place your order, the fabric is sent to our printing unit and tailored keeping in mind all the requests from your end. While that definitely increases our cost of production, we believe that one tiny step will bring out a change in one of the most polluting industry - Textiles.
The scraps from your order are used to make our zero waste products which you might end up getting as a token of love from our end :)
When it comes to packaging, we have spent endless hours on this dialogue. From using paper to cloth bags to making folders from our scraps, we have done it all. From this year, we have started experimenting with used flex banners. The idea is to use a material in its truest used form and not produce anything from scratch. if you get a flex bag with your order, we request you to re-use it.
