Refund/Cancellation

We, at The K Cult, are constantly working towards making our unit as sustainable as possible. Each piece here is carefully made-to-order (unless mentioned) to avoid mass production and wastage. Due to which it becomes a bit difficult to accept any returns unless the product is defective/damaged. We make sure to go through a thorough quality check before shipping. However, if there is any defect or damage, we will be more than happy to exchange the product for you or help you with a credit note of the same amount minus the shipping charges. The credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. We do cater to size exchanges, provided that the customer writes to us within 3 days of receiving the product. The exchange/return process might require the customer to share a few photos of the damage/sizing issue and a member of our team will get back to the customer, as soon as possible. Products on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

|Shipping Charges |

The cost for shipping the product back to us has to be borne by the customer when the rectified piece is delivered to you. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, packaging and is shipped  to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
